PAYROLL MANAGER | £55K | LEICESTER (HYBRID)

We\’re exclusively supporting a leading organisation in the Media, Film and Advertising organisations as they look to appoint a Payroll Manager to join their high-performing, in-house Shared Services team.

Leicester HQ | Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 WFH

Up to £55,000 + great benefits

Mon–Fri | 8:30–5:00 or 9:00–5:30

Team of 6 | Payroll size: 3,000+ (10+ payrolls)

What will get you an interview?

• Experience managing a payroll team
• CIPP Foundation Degree (must-have)
• Confidence with high-volume payrolls (1000+)
• Shared services or multisite background is a bonus

This role is all about leading with precision, driving improvements, and keeping payroll compliant, efficient, and people-focused.
