To be successful:
- Must have UK payroll experience and some global payroll experience
- Gold standard experience would be Italy and France. (Big advantage).
- Outsourced payroll
- This job is very manual, spreadsheets and an admin-heavy role – must be comfortable with this

Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll administration across seven international locations.
- Prepare, input, and process payroll data via HRIS, ensuring all monthly deadlines are met.
- Oversee administration of UK and EU benefits, including:
- Maintaining accurate records of joiners, leavers, and employee data on the benefits platform.
- Managing active membership listings and updating third-party providers.
- Preparing and validating data for annual renewals and invoicing.
- Handle and resolve payroll and benefits queries from employees and Partners promptly.
- Support annual payroll and benefits audits.
- Produce regular and ad-hoc payroll and benefits reports.
- Maintain employee records and HR database (Access) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Work collaboratively with the wider Business Support community to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
