JOB TITLE: Payroll Administrator
SALARY: £30,000 – £35,000 + Bonus
HOURS: Full Time – Permanent
STRUCTURE: Hybrid – 3 days office
LOCATION: North London
A well known global organisation is expanding its team and are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join the team.

Responsibilities :
- End-to-end processing of high-volume fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Ensuring timely and accurate employee payments
- Assisting with year-end processes and statutory payroll reporting
- Partnering with cross-functional teams on ad-hoc payroll initiatives
- Upholding the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of payroll data
- Adhering to payroll legislation and internal SOX compliance requirements
- Responding to payroll-related queries from employees and internal stakeholders
Skills & experience required:
- Solid working knowledge of ResourceLink / Zellis payroll systems (essential)
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Good understanding of UK payroll legislation and pension rules
