Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: Guilford, Greater London. Hybrid: 2 days per week in office and 3 days WFH.
Direct Reports: Managing a team of 3 direct reports, covering Organisational Capability, Employee Engagement and Learning and Development.
Core Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Collaborate with global teams to create and maintain relevant training content.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future competency needs.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure course materials are up-to-date.
- Build strong relationships with employees across various levels and global stakeholders.
- Lead the design and management of the Leadership Development Curriculum.
- Track, report, and evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs.
- Contribute to additional People & Culture projects as needed.
- Shape leadership development strategies in partnership with senior leaders.
- Oversee the Learning & Development budget.
