Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align business objectives with people strategies.
- Managing complex employee relations cases, organisational restructuring, and design initiatives.
- Supporting mergers and acquisitions, including TUPE transfers and integration planning.
- Leading the performance management process and coaching leaders on effective practices.
- Improving onboarding experiences and driving talent development programs.
- Delivering HR transformation projects, including system implementations and policy development.
- Leveraging HR data and insights to inform decisions and evaluate outcomes.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A seasoned, commercially aware HR professional with a track record of thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Skilled in influencing and advising senior stakeholders with both strategic and operational HR insight.
- Proven experience as a People Business Partner or similar HRBP role, preferably within professional services.
- Strong background in change management, TUPE processes, employee relations, and HR systems and policies.
- Able to balance hands-on delivery with long-term strategic planning.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, with the confidence to guide and support senior leaders.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach, with a people-first mindset.
