HR Advisor (FTC) – Shropshire – £35000 p.a plus Car Allowance & Bonus

A UK wide business are actively seeking to hire HR Advisor for a 1 year FTC, you will also be required to cover some other offices within the West / East Midlands regions.

Working in a high volume, fast paced environment you will be responsible for providing a quality HR service to the business which will include;

  • Employee Relations
  • Dealing with HR queries and advising line managers on HR legislation / policy
  • HR data
  • Attending grievance / disciplinary meetings
  • Employee mediation
  • Support on new HR initiatives
  • Attend resourcing exhibitions

The successful candidate will;

  • Have a thorough understand of current HR legislation
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Be happy to travel to other Midlands sites for HR meetings when required
  • Experience in dealing with Employee Relations / grievances
  • Strong IT skills.
