JGA are working with a global professional services organisation seeking an HRIS Specialist to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the internal HRIS.
- System configuration and change implementation.
- Coordinating system changes with stakeholders.
- Reviewing HRIS configuration and functionality.
- Overseeing production of reports.
- Involvement in team project work.
Skills required:
- HRIS maintenance and configuration experience (ideally Dayforce).
- HR Reporting remit previously, ideally through PowerBI and Tableau.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, logically and pragmatically.
