Job Title: HR Systems Implementation Lead

Salary: up to £50K

Location: Denbighshire – 4 days in office, 1 day from home

JGA is partnered with a leading business seeking an HR Systems Implementation Lead with experience implementing and running a new project.

Responsibilities:

• Leading on the implementation of the new HR software and taking a lead on new developments.
• Building the system using existing workflows, data conversions, e-learning requirements, and streamlining HR processes.
• Developing and testing the system.
• Working closely with the HR team.
• Acting as HRIS lead on cross-departmental projects.
• Leading on changes.

Skills Required:

• Excellent understanding of running a HR Implementation project.
• Demonstrable ability to work on HRIS backend developments.
• Will consider candidates who are Analysts looking to step up.
• Proven ability to work cross-departmentally.
