Global Payroll Expert
Fully Remote (UK)
£80–90K (up to £100K DOE)
We’re supporting a global investment firm with the hire of a Global Payroll Expert to further strengthen their team.
This role reports directly to the Global Head of Payroll (NYC) and is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong payroll professional to step into a high-profile position.
About the role:
- Manage payroll delivery for c.200 employees across 12 countries and 26 payrolls in Europe & APAC.
- Ensure accurate payroll funding, pensions, GL files, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries globally.
- Support global mobility and employment tax activities, alongside ad hoc HR/payroll projects.
About you:
- Proven global payroll experience, ideally within professional services, financial services, or investment firms.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance, with advanced Excel skills (Workday experience a plus).
- Self-motivated, detail-driven, and comfortable working as an individual contributor in a lean team.
- Able to start no later than September 2025.
