Up to £200-300k OTE + Meaningful Equity

JGA are partnering with a venture-backed Employer of Record that has achieved strong product-market fit and is now entering its next phase of growth. The business has built a strong inbound engine, a growing global customer base, and a highly differentiated product in the global employment, payroll, and workforce management space. Now they need a commercial builder to come in and make an impact.

They're looking for a Director or VP of Sales who can:

  • Build a world-class outbound motion.
  • Own the entire new business revenue funnel.
  • Lead and scale SDR and AE teams.
  • Drive expansion into new markets.
  • Improve forecasting, sales discipline, and execution.
  • Operate as a true player-coach, leading from the front on strategic opportunities.
