We're working with one of the UK's most recognised and purpose-driven housing organisations to find an ambitious Reward Specialist ready to grow into a pivotal people operations role. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to own their work, develop their expertise, and play a pivotal role in shaping how reward and benefits are delivered across a large, complex business.

The Role

You'll sit within a collaborative People Support team, taking ownership of reward analytics, pension administration, benefits management, and pay compliance while working closely with payroll and broader HR functions. If you're ambitious, data-driven, and ready to be stretched, this role has real room to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting annual pay reviews, bonus modelling, and job evaluation/benchmarking
  • Managing pension reconciliation and submissions
  • Preparing P11D data and supporting the transition to payrolled benefits
  • Conducting NMW reviews and ensuring HMRC compliance
  • Producing data-driven insights to inform reward and benefits decisions
  • Acting as payroll cover when needed, great exposure for the right candidate

What They're Looking For

  • 2+ years in a Reward role (payroll experience is a real bonus)
  • Advanced Excel skills, you're comfortable with pivot tables, complex formulas, and turning data into a story
  • Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail

  • Pension and benefits experience preferred
