An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Administrator to join a busy, high-performing in-house recruitment team. This role offers exposure to high-volume recruitment, involvement in a major ATS implementation, and a genuine opportunity to progress into a Talent Partner position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment administration across 60+ live vacancies
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations
  • Manage job adverts across multiple recruitment channels
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for junior administrative roles
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate and hiring manager communications
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data across ATS platforms (Cornerstone transitioning to Workday)
  • Produce recruitment reports and support data-driven hiring decisions
  • Champion an excellent candidate experience and inclusive hiring practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and support the Workday implementation

Ideal Candidate

  • Previous recruitment experience within an in-house or agency environment, ideally supporting head office or professional services hiring
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment function
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive, self-motivated and confident working independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable using recruitment systems and reporting on recruitment data
  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting diversity and inclusion
  • Experience with Workday, Cornerstone or another ATS is advantageous but not essential
  • Ambitious to develop into a Talent Partner role over time
