As Payroll Administrator, you will support the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while helping to improve payroll procedures and system functionality within Workday. You will work closely with HR, Finance and internal stakeholders to provide a high-quality payroll service and resolve queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Process payroll accurately and within agreed deadlines
- Support the maintenance and optimisation of payroll processes within Workday
- Ensure payroll activities remain compliant with current legislation and company policies
- Respond to payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate payroll records and uphold confidentiality at all times
- Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations and audit requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiencies
- Previous experience within a payroll administration or payroll support role
- Good understanding of payroll legislation and payroll systems
- Experience using Workday or similar HR/payroll platforms
