The Role
- Lead the delivery of payroll services across a varied client portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high service standards.
- Alongside managing day‐to‐day operations, you will support, mentor, and develop a team while contributing to the overall efficiency and growth of the payroll function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day‐to‐day payroll operations across a diverse client base
- Oversee weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles
- Review payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance prior to submission
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact
