We're working with a leading professional services firm to find an experienced Reward professional ready to step into a Senior Manager role within their Workforce Reward practice, advising some of the UK's most complex organisations on reward strategy. This is consulting at its most technical and most commercial. If you enjoy solving complex reward problems, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping how organisations pay and motivate their people, this role offers genuine scope and impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on reward strategy aligned to business strategy, UK and globally
  • Developing job architecture, pay and grading structures, and job evaluation
  • Advising on incentive design, e.g. bonus schemes and long-term incentive plans
  • Leading remuneration benchmarking and translating data into commercial solutions
  • Modelling remuneration plans, including payout, cost, and dilution analysis
  • Using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx to drive insights
  • Managing client relationships, billing, and risk processes
  • Coaching junior team members and leading delivery across multiple projects

What They're Looking For

  • 8–10 years' reward experience, with 75%+ in advisory or consultancy
  • Background from consulting (WTW, Mercer, Radford, AON, Big 4)
  • Experience in pay analysis, pay transparency, and reward governance
  • Confident, consultative leadership style with senior stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to contribute to business development
