We are seeking a driven Senior Account Executive with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our clients EMEA sales team. You will be tasked with revenue generating activities for their Payroll / Employer of Record (EOR) services in the EMEA market. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and contribute to shaping their sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll and EOR sales targets in your assigned region.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and meet objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities in the payroll and EOR space.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress towards goals.
- Engage with prospects, assess their needs, and address concerns related to payroll and EOR solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
- Travel to meet clients, attend conferences, and conduct market research.
- Extensive B2B sales experience in the territory markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in Global Expansion / Payroll or EOR services is essential.
