This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a small team and wants to gain exposure to International Payroll, working closely with the Payroll Manager.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll and benefits operations.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end monthly UK payroll processing
- Month-end and year-end payroll activities, including P60s and reconciliations with HMRC
- Supporting payroll, pension, and benefits queries with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Experience in a payroll-focused role with 3-7 years+ experience.
- Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion
- A proactive, service-driven and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of a business
