We’re recruiting for an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries including the Nordics, Southern Europe, and Benelux region. This role will lead a global payroll team of 9, managing payroll delivery for an employee population of around 2000+ employees across a complex international environment. The position would suit someone with strong multi-country payroll experience who enjoys a hand‑on leadership role and is comfortable working closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA
  • Lead and develop an international payroll team
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
