Payroll Specialist (on-site) - Hertfordshire - £55000 - £60000 p.a + Discretionary Bonus

A global client is seeking to hire a Payroll Specialist to be responsible for the accurate, timely and compliant delivery of payroll across EMEA, the UK and designated APAC entities. This is an office based job role that works closely with HR, Finance and outsourced payroll providers, the role safeguards financial integrity and statutory compliance, maintains robust financial controls and supports month-end close activities. It also drives continuous improvement across regional payroll processes, combining payroll expertise with financial analysis, governance and strategic business partnering to support the wider finance organisation.

Previous in-depth experience of UK (including P11D's / PSA's) and EMEA or APAC experience is essential for this opportunity with knowledge of payroll accounting / reconciliations.
