FTC until October 2027. Remote, with travel to London & Manchester.

We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll & Pensions Project Manager to lead the integration of acquired businesses into existing payroll and pension operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end to end payroll and pensions integration projects
  • Manage payroll onboarding, data migration and data mapping activities
  • Support pension scheme consolidation and payroll harmonisation
  • Identify and improve inefficient processes across payroll operations
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and third party providers to ensure accurate project delivery

Experience required:

  • Proven end to end project delivery experience within payroll or pensions
  • Strong understanding of payroll data flows, migration and reconciliation
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations or transformation projects
  • Ability to manage complex, accuracy critical processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
