JGA are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing HR technology business seeking to expand its team of Payroll and HR Implementation Consultants. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, high-growth business that’s redefining how organisations deliver payroll and HR transformation projects.
Role Overview
As an Implementation Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of payroll and HR system implementations for UK clients across a range of modern HCM platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deliver end-user training - ensuring every project runs smoothly from design to go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops to gather and document business requirements.
- Configure Payroll and/or HR modules to meet client specifications.
- Support UAT and issue resolution, ensuring configurations align with business needs.
- Create and deliver training materials for super-users and HR/payroll teams.
- Maintain clear, proactive communication with stakeholders throughout each project.
- Stay current with HCM best practices and product developments to continuously enhance service delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience implementing Payroll &/or HR (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, ADP, UKG, Dayforce, or similar).
- Strong ability to lead workshops, configure systems, and manage testing/training phases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver to deadlines.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder-management and client-facing experience.
