We’re partnering with a fast-scaling, cash-rich tech business operating at the forefront of AI infrastructure. They’re growing at serious pace (20% MoM), expanding globally, and now need a hands-on, high-impact EMEA Payroll Manager to help build and scale their international payroll function.

- Owning and evolving EMEA payroll operations
- Leading global payroll transformation + RFP process
- Transitioning new countries into a scalable global model
- Driving process, governance & compliance frameworks
- Acting as a true No.2 to the Global Payroll Director in building out the payroll function
- Strong EMEA/global payroll experience (not just UK-focused)
- Experience in transformation, scaling or building payroll from scratch
- Exposure to M&A, high-growth or start-up environments
- Confident problem-solver – someone who figures things out, not waits
- Personable, visible, and comfortable working at pace
- Experience with EOR models (e.g. Deel) and global vendors (CloudPay, Dayforce, SD Worx etc.) is a big plus.
