What you’ll get stuck into:
- Day-to-day Reward & Benefits BAU support
- Implementing and evolving salary structures
- Supporting a major bonus scheme redesign over the next 18 months
- Shaping and improving recognition programmes (promotions, pay rises, reward decisions)
- Benefits administration with real insight — analysing what’s used, what works, and what doesn’t
- Reward data analysis & reporting, including Gender & Ethnicity Pay Gap insights and recommendations
