A large, international organisation is hiring a Senior Payroll Manager, EMEA to take full ownership of regional payroll operations across a complex, multi-country footprint. This is effectively the EMEA Head of Payroll role - reporting into Finance, leading a regional team, and helping shape how payroll is delivered following a shift away from a single global model toward strong regional ownership.
The role:
- End-to-end ownership of EMEA payroll (c.2,000 employees)
- Leadership of a regional team (Payroll Manager + Payroll Specialists)
- Hands-on oversight with strong governance, controls and compliance
- Close partnership with Finance, People, Tax and external vendors
- Driving process improvement and operational consistency across countries
