We are looking for a Payroll Supervisor to join our client, a global retail organisation with a growing international presence. This opportunity would suit an experienced payroll professional with strong multi-country payroll expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills and experience managing outsourced payroll providers.
You’ll take ownership of payroll delivery across Europe and APAC, supporting approximately 2500+ employees and leading a small team of payroll professionals.
- Oversee multi-country payroll delivery globally.
- Lead and support a small payroll team, providing guidance and development.
- Manage relationships with outsourced payroll partners and ensure high service standards.
- Work closely with HR, Finance and key stakeholders to maintain accurate and compliant payroll processes.
- Support payroll projects, system improvements and process optimisation.
- Provide expertise on complex payroll queries and international payroll matters.
Strong experience managing payroll operations within an international environment.
Proven experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
Previous team leadership or people management experience.
Good understanding of UK and European payroll legislation.
Advanced Excel skills and confidence handling large datasets.
Experience with payroll systems, HRIS and integrations.
