JGA are partnered with a well-known multi-site Fashion Retail business to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support a dynamic and growing function across the UK. This is a high-impact role combining HR generalist expertise, employee relations leadership and strategic partnering with senior Retail stakeholders. You will work closely with various stakeholders, supporting performance, engagement and organisational change, while leading and developing a People team.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior Retail leaders to deliver strategic and operational people support across multiple regions
- Coach and develop line managers on performance, ER, engagement and change management
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, ensuring consistent and commercial outcomes
- Drive talent, retention and engagement initiatives across the retail estate
- Own delivery of core HR cycles (pay review, bonus, appraisals) while leading and developing a People team
What We're Looking For
- Significant HR generalist experience within a multi-site retail environment (essential)
- Strong employee relations expertise, including managing complex and formal processes
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop and inspire a People team
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, partnering confidently with senior leaders
- Strategic mindset, able to translate business objectives into practical People plans
