We're partnering with a B-Corp certified conservation and hospitality group operating three distinct travel brands to find a People Advisor who wants to be part of a genuinely human-centric People function.
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 + discretionary bonus

You'll join a small, close-knit People team of three, working directly with the Head of People UK across all three London offices and brands. It's a broad, hands-on generalist role, no two days will look the same, with real opportunity to grow your ER capability, lead meaningful projects, and help shape how HR operates across a group that has grown significantly since 2020. They're actively working to improve processes, embed policies, and reduce the admin burden over time meaning there's genuine scope to make your mark.
Proven experience in an HR Generalist or People Advisor role is required.
