A global, complex organisation is seeking a senior Benefits & Pensions leader to step into a critical interim role, ensuring continuity and driving key initiatives across international operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for a multi-region team (UK & US focus), where you'll take ownership of:
- Delivery of annual benefits cycles and pension programmes
