We're partnering with a leading services business — 5,000+ employees, £500m+ revenues, to appoint a Head of Finance at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and partnering closely with the Group CFO, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, leading a team of six and driving financial control, reporting, planning, and cash management across a complex, fast-paced business. This isn't a back-office finance role. You'll be a trusted commercial partner, influencing decisions that drive profitability and long-term performance.
