JGA are supporting a highly successful global Dayforce partner in hiring two Dayforce WFM Consultants as they scale their EMEA operations following sustained growth and delivery success across multiple regions. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a proven partner with an established global footprint, strong leadership, and a growing pipeline of Dayforce work, at a point where EMEA is a clear strategic focus rather than an afterthought.
The role:
- Delivery of Dayforce WFM implementation and optimisation projects.
- Requirements gathering, configuration and testing of WFM modules.
- Client-facing consulting across workshops, design and deployment.
- Supporting customers through go-live and early-life support.
- Working closely with project managers and wider Dayforce teams.
What they’re looking for:
- Dayforce WFM experience (c.3 years as a guide).
- Background with Dayforce, a Dayforce partner, or client-side on a Dayforce WFM project.
- Strong functional WFM knowledge and delivery capability.
- Client-facing, consultative approach.
This role is ideal for:
- Experienced Dayforce WFM Consultants, or
- Client-side WFM professionals who’ve worked on a Dayforce implementation and want to move into consulting.
