People Advisor | London (Travel between 3 London offices) | £45,000 – £50,000 + Bonus We're partnering with a B-Corp certified conservation and hospitality group operating three distinct travel brands to find a People Advisor who wants to be part of a genuinely human-centric People function.

The offering: £45,000 – £50,000 + discretionary bonus Private Medical Insurance Pension with up to 7% employer contribution Enhanced parental leave, Cycle to Work, and EV scheme Hybrid working — 3 days across London offices, 2 days from home A business with a genuine purpose, B-Corp certified, and growing The Role You'll join a small, close-knit People team of three, working directly with the Head of People UK across all three London offices and brands.
It's a broad, hands-on generalist role, no two days will look the same, with real opportunity to grow your ER capability, lead meaningful projects, and help shape how HR operates across a group that has grown significantly since 2020.
The function is evolving.
They're actively working to improve processes, embed policies, and reduce the admin burden over time meaning there's genuine scope to make your mark.
What They're Looking For Proven experience in an HR Generalist or People Advisor role Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice Solid ER experience , with the confidence to handle complex matters and advise managers pragmatically A human, people-first approach.
