Dayforce Solution Oversight

Salary: £90K (DOE)

Location: Fully Remote (UK based)

We’re supporting a rapidly scaling Dayforce consultancy that’s winning major enterprise projects across EMEA – and they’re now looking for a Dayforce Solution Oversight Lead to ensure quality, governance, and best-practice delivery across multiple implementations.

If you enjoy being the steady hand across complex programmes, steering consultants, and ensuring the solution lands right first time, this is the role.

What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing end-to-end Dayforce delivery across Payroll, WFM, HR, and/or Talent modules.
• Acting as the escalation point between clients, project teams, and leadership.
• Reviewing solution design, configuration decisions, and integration points to ensure alignment with best practice.
• Providing guidance to functional consultants and helping drive consistency across all projects.
• Supporting client workshops, design sign-off, and overall programme governance.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in Dayforce implementations (multi-module ideal).
• Experience in solution assurance, design authority, or cross-project leadership.
• Someone calm, structured, and confident working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to spot risks early and keep delivery teams aligned.
