The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join the team in Halifax. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of payroll for a large-scale workforce, directly contributing to the organization’s operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Processing: Support weekly payroll runs for both internal PAYE and external umbrella employees.
  • Data Management: Maintain precise records for leave, sickness, and general payroll data.
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute essential payroll reports for management.
  • Query Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries via phone and email.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Identify and resolve timesheet discrepancies and handle HMRC documentation (P45s, P60s).
