Group Recruitment Manager – Luxury Hospitality***Multisite hospitality experience is essential***

We’re supporting a leading luxury hospitality group with stunning hotels, bars, and restaurants in the UK and internationally. They’re known for their exceptional guest experience, beautifully designed spaces, and genuine commitment to their people.
As Group Recruitment Manager, you’ll take the lead on the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple properties — shaping strategy, driving employer brand initiatives, and delivering a world‑class candidate experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and deliver a proactive recruitment strategy across all sites.
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand talent needs and offer expert guidance.
- Manage the full recruitment process — from job creation and advertising to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines through partnerships with agencies, universities, and industry networks.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and fair hiring practices.
- Lead employer brand activity across social media, careers events, and internal campaigns.
- Provide data‑driven insights on hiring activity and market trends to support strategic decision‑making.
- Support hiring managers with training, tools, and interview best practice.
- Oversee recruitment systems, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless candidate journey.
- Manage sponsorship processes and provide guidance to relevant stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing recruitment in a multi‑site or group environment, ideally within hospitality or a similar service‑led industry.
- A hands‑on approach — equally comfortable with strategy and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence at all levels.
- A genuine passion for people, culture, and creating standout candidate experiences.
- Knowledge of recruitment systems (experience with Harri is a plus, but not essential).
