Please note, to be considered for this position, successful candidates require experience in 'Sage People'. JGA are working with a business that’s investing heavily in its HR systems and data capability, and they’re looking for someone to take the lead on their Sage People platform.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for anything HRIS-related, keeping the system running smoothly, supporting users across HR, and making sure the data behind it is reliable and useful.
You’ll be:
- Owning the day-to-day running of Sage People
- Supporting stakeholders with queries and system usage
- Keeping data clean, accurate and fit for reporting
- Building and analysing reports to support better decisions
- Getting involved in system improvements, upgrades and wider HR tech projects
- Working closely with IT and other teams where systems overlap
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience working with Sage People
- Has strong configuration experience
- Is comfortable working with data, reports and HR systems
- Can spot issues, solve problems and improve how things are done
- Is happy juggling BAU support with project work
