Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: Remote, UK (quarterly office visits)

Please note, to be considered for this position, successful candidates require experience in 'Sage People'. JGA are working with a business that’s investing heavily in its HR systems and data capability, and they’re looking for someone to take the lead on their Sage People platform.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the go-to person for anything HRIS-related, keeping the system running smoothly, supporting users across HR, and making sure the data behind it is reliable and useful.

You’ll be:

  • Owning the day-to-day running of Sage People
  • Supporting stakeholders with queries and system usage
  • Keeping data clean, accurate and fit for reporting
  • Building and analysing reports to support better decisions
  • Getting involved in system improvements, upgrades and wider HR tech projects
  • Working closely with IT and other teams where systems overlap

They’re looking for someone who:

  • Has solid experience working with Sage People
  • Has strong configuration experience
  • Is comfortable working with data, reports and HR systems
  • Can spot issues, solve problems and improve how things are done
  • Is happy juggling BAU support with project work
