JGA is exclusively working with a world-leading financial services group, operating across Asia and Africa with a London-based Group function. They're now looking for a Reward Specialist to join a small, highly experienced team at the heart of executive remuneration.

This is a specialist role with real scope, the function operates at board level, and there's a clear, credible path to progression for the right person.

The Role

You'll work closely with Senior Reward Managers to support the full executive reward cycle from REMCO papers and DRR drafting to incentive design, market benchmarking, and shareholder engagement materials. The team is lean, senior, and exceptionally well-regarded.

  • Incentive design, LTI structures, ESG/sustainability measures, market practice reviews
  • Benchmarking & analytics, market data interpretation, exec pay recommendations
  • Shareholder & stakeholder engagement, drafting materials, handling sensitive queries with discretion
