Recruitment Manager – Payroll & HR @ JGA
Location: North West London
Hybrid: 1 Day in the Office & 4 Days Remote
JGA are partnered with a global organisation, seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead and manage payroll operations across multiple countries.
This role requires strong leadership, international payroll expertise, and the ability to manage complex, multi-country operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end global payroll processing across multiple regions
- Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment laws
- Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers for smooth payroll delivery
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system integration
- Oversee audits, reporting, year‑end processes, and data accuracy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in global or multi‑country payroll management
- Strong knowledge of international payroll legislation and compliance
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external payroll vendors and internal teams
