Total Rewards Manager £70,000 + Bonus | Remote / Hybrid (UK or Ireland) | Permanent JGA are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed technology business as they look to appoint a Total Rewards Manager to lead their compensation, benefits, and reward strategy. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and senior leadership team, you'll own compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits, reward reporting, and pay transparency initiatives, becoming the go-to expert for all reward-related matters. Lead the annual salary review and compensation planning process. Manage compensation benchmarking, pay structures, and job evaluation. Partner with Finance to ensure seamless payroll data and governance. Proven experience in a dedicated Reward, Compensation, or Total Rewards role. Advanced Excel and analytical skills with the ability to present data to senior stakeholders. Experience with salary benchmarking, pay reviews, and governance reporting.
