Dayforce Practice Lead
Remote (UK) | £100-120 +Bonus (£150K OTE)
Ready to take your Dayforce expertise to the next level?
This is your chance to lead and grow a brand-new Dayforce practice within a high-growth HR tech environment backed by a major group.
We’re exclusively supporting a forward-thinking HCM services provider as they launch a dedicated Dayforce practice. Step in at leadership level, shape its commercial direction, and ensure world-class delivery from day one.
Why this role?
- Create something new – design and lead a Dayforce practice from the ground up, with full backing from a larger group.
- Own the commercial agenda – shape services, pricing, and go-to-market strategy while fronting pre-sales and client engagements.
- Lead delivery excellence – oversee implementation and advisory projects across Dayforce Core/HR (expanding to Payroll, WFM, Benefits, Talent, etc.).
- Build a team – recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing Dayforce consulting team under your leadership.
- Progression potential – huge scope to scale your remit and step into wider leadership opportunities as the practice grows.
What we’re looking for:
- Deep Dayforce Core/HR expertise (bonus if you also know Payroll, WFM, Benefits or Talent).
- Proven experience leading or scaling a Dayforce or HCM practice/team.
- Commercial acumen: comfortable shaping offerings, winning work and managing budgets.
- Excellent communication skills, able to inspire teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong project management discipline with an eye for risk, quality, and best practice.
This is a rare opportunity to combine your Dayforce expertise with true strategic leadership and help define the next chapter of a fast-growing HCM services business.
