We're partnering with a leading services business — 5,000+ employees, £500m+ revenues, to appoint a Head of Finance at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. This is a genuinely high-impact, senior leadership role for a commercially astute finance professional who wants visibility, influence, and the opportunity to help shape business strategy from the top table.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and partnering closely with the Group CFO, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, leading a team of six and driving financial control, reporting, planning, and cash management across a complex, fast-paced business. This isn't a back-office finance role. You'll be a trusted commercial partner, influencing decisions that drive profitability and long-term performance.
