We are supporting a growing organisation in the Workforce Tech space on the appointment of a Payroll Implementation Consultant. This is a really good opportunity for someone who wants to move into, or further develop within, the Dayforce ecosystem.
Payroll Implementation Consultant – Key Responsibilities- Support delivery of Dayforce Payroll implementations from design through to go-live
- Work with clients to gather requirements and translate into system solutions
- Configure payroll including earnings, deductions, tax and compliance
- Lead and support workshops, design sessions and client meetings
- Support testing cycles, parallel runs and payroll validation
- Act as a payroll SME throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Work across multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Support post-go-live optimisation and continuous improvement
- Payroll Implementation Consultant (vendor/consulting side)
- Payroll SME (client-side) with Dayforce experience
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processes
- Experience with Dayforce (payroll module exposure preferred)
- Comfortable in a client-facing, project environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
