Job Title: Employee Relations Advisor

Location: Covering the North of England/Midlands

Remote: Predominantly Homebased (Must live the Midlands/North England)

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £35,000-£39,000

Are you an experienced ER Advisor who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments?

We’re looking for a commercially minded Employee Relations Advisor to join a collaborative HR team supporting a diverse, field-based workforce across the North Region.

In this role, you’ll:

• Advise and guide managers on a wide range of complex ER matters
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and line managers
• Be a trusted point of contact for all things ER – from disciplinaries and grievances to performance and absence management
• Support change initiatives including TUPE and redundancy consultations
• Deliver a high-quality, legally compliant service with a practical, people-first approach

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in an solely ER focused role
• Ability to manage complex casework across dispersed teams
• experience of Organisational Design, Consultation and Redundancy
• Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset
• Comfortable working in gritty, fast-moving sectors
• A full UK driving licence – travel is part of the role (expenses covered)
