Job Summary: We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Specialist to manage all aspects of benefits administration and pensions, including flexible benefits, P11D production, company card administration, and support payroll benefits projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits administration and pension schemes for employees.
- Administer flexible benefits platform and manage company card programs.
- Produce P11D returns and maintain compliance with payroll regulations.
