Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Manager located in Newark-On-Trent. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing quality assurance processes, ensuring that all products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. The role involves developing and implementing quality control systems, conducting regular audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with production managers to ensure continuous improvement. Additional responsibilities include training and mentoring staff on quality standards and procedures, and addressing any quality-related issues that arise.
