We are currently seeking a General Construction Labourer to join a small team on a permanent basis. This is an outdoor, practical role offering varied work, no two days are the same. You will work as part of a small, supportive team where flexibility, reliability, and pride in your work really matter. This role requires commitment in all weather conditions, all year round.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 4pm

Responsibilities:
- General site maintenance and construction work across the site
- Basic gardening and landscaping duties
- Erecting and maintaining safety barriers and signage
- Installing and removing drainage pipework
- Ground preparation, including laying pavements and driveways
- Industrial cleaning duties
- Supporting factory repairs and maintenance work
- Working collaboratively within a small team on a wide range of tasks as required

Requirements:
- Valid Construction Safety Card, essential
- Previous experience in construction or plumbing, essential
- Working at height experience, desirable, training provided
- Forklift and mobile plant licences, advantageous
- Experience operating a 360 excavator, advantageous
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a clear commitment to safe working practices
