The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Sales Representative to lead revenue growth across our diverse brand portfolio. This role is ideal for a high-performing salesperson with a proven track record of success, a strategic mindset, and the ability to close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and pursue high-value prospects across B2B and B2C markets
- Lead on outbound sales strategy using a mix of cold outreach, networking, and digital engagement
- Build strong pipelines and consistently deliver against ambitious sales targets
Client Engagement & Sales Presentations
- Deliver persuasive pitches tailored to each brand and audience
- Present product demonstrations that clearly highlight value and ROI
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective clients
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms
- Close high-value deals that support business growth targets
Account Management & Retention
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure client satisfaction post-sale to drive retention and referrals
Strategic Insight & Reporting
- Report on market intelligence, client feedback, and competitor activity
- Offer insight to support marketing and product development strategies
What You Bring
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced industries
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding revenue targets
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence working independently and managing a full sales cycle
- Experience across multiple sales channels (in-person, digital, outbound, etc.)
- London-based or willing to travel into London as required
What We Offer
- Base Salary: £30,000 – £45,000 depending on experience
- Uncapped Commission: High earning potential with no ceiling
