We are looking to recruit confident and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants who can represent our company in our WOKINGHAM STORE. You will report to the Store Manager, and your duties will include providing fast, efficient, pleasant, and unrivalled customer service. As a Retail Sales Assistant at Grape Tree, you need to ensure that the store is well-stocked, clean, and tidy, leaving customers with a positive impression to encourage repeat visits.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate the till in accordance with company instructions and as directed by the manager.
- Provide the highest possible standard of customer service.
- Ensure shelves are well filled, stocked, and faced up at all times.
- Assist with maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety throughout the store.
- Observe company rules at all times and report any breaches.
- Co-operate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the store.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, ideally with experience in food retail.
- Good cash handling skills.
- Organised and practically minded, willing to get involved and work hard.
