We are looking to recruit an ambitious, confident and enthusiastic Retail Store Manager who can represent our Company in our CRAWLEY STORE. You will be reporting to the Retail Operations Manager and typically your duties will include:
- Providing fast, efficient, pleasant and unrivalled customer service.
- Ensuring that the store is well stocked, clean and tidy.
- Ensuring customers leave the store with a lasting image to ensure they keep returning.
Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of stock control, including ordering goods, dealing with deliveries and banking monies.
- Being a hands-on manager.
- Operating the till in accordance with the company instructions.
- Providing the highest possible standard of customer service.
