Call Centre Agent

We are a busy Call centre based in Nuneaton. We are seeking a number of call agents on a number of shifts: Day Shift - 40 hours 9-5:30 mon to fri - OTE £15 per hour - £31,200 per annum Afternoon shift - 38 hours 12-8:30 mon to thurs plus sat 9-3 - OTE £16.50 ph - £32,600 per annum Late Shift - 28 hours 3:30-8:30 mon to thurs plus sat 9-3 - OTE £16.50 ph - £24,024 per annum The role is varied and will involve taking and making calls to clients and cleaners of Maid2Clean. Excellent timekeeping and phone manner is essential and previous experience in a call centre is advantageous. You should also be local to the area as you will be required to work in the office. These are permanent jobs which offer company pension schemes.
