Ready for a client-facing role without the distraction of numerous internal meetings with one of the most well-established hospitality representation companies around?
We’re looking for a Sales Manager (MICE) to join our team! This role offers the opportunity to work with prestigious hospitality brands, drive business growth, and build meaningful partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert group sales leads in the MICE market
Conduct at least 20 client meetings per month
Develop new business opportunities and grow account portfolios
Participate in tradeshows, roadshows, and industry events
Provide market insights and action plans to drive business
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Proven MICE sales, hospitality, or event management experience
✅ Strong relationship-building skills and a strong internal, external communication skills
✅ A self-starter mindset with the ability to work from home
✅ Proficiency in Salesforce or a similar CRM
✅ Passion for the travel and hospitality industry
Additional Details:
✈️ Frequent domestic travel and occasional international travel are required, we would also consider this on a four day basis
While this is a remote role, with a preference to be geographically located to attend meetings in London & South East
✅ We would consider 4 days per week, rather than full-time
